About the work from home job/internship


Those Applying for the position :-
1)Should have completed their graduation and must not be currently enrolled as students. This is a full-time internship and cannot be undertaken on a freelance or part-time basis.
2)Strong communication skills and fluency in English language is a must.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Scheduling and coordinating training initiatives
3. Help prepare onboarding materials and participate in the new employee orientation process.
4. Assist with maintaining employee records and databases.
5. Prepare and distribute HR communications
6. Assist with employee relations tasks, such as processing leave requests or resolving basic employee inquiries.
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as assigned.
8. Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.

Other requirements
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.

About the work-from-home job/internship

6)Complete administrative tasks to support the sales team.

Other requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development:
    • Collaborate with clients to identify their training needs and goals.
    • Design customized training programs that focus on behavioral and communication skill development.
    • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
  • Training Delivery:
    • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
    • Adapt training methods to the unique learning styles and needs of participants.
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to help them improve their skills.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Assess participants’ skill levels before and after training programs.
    • Collect feedback and evaluations from participants to measure training effectiveness.
    • Make adjustments to training content and methods based on feedback and evaluation results.
  • Research and Development:
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in behavioral and communication training.
    • Continuously update training content to reflect the latest developments in the field.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business and training needs.
    • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on training progress and results.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.
    • Prepare and submit training reports to clients and management as needed.

Required Experience & Skills 

  1. 2 to 6 years of experience in Behavioural and Communication trainer or similar role
  2. Strong knowledge of behavioral psychology, communication theory, and adult learning principles.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences.
  5. Certification in Training and/or coaching is an added advantage
