Designation: Associate Consultant I / Associate Consultant II
- Training Program Development:
- Collaborate with clients to identify their training needs and goals.
- Design customized training programs that focus on behavioral and communication skill development.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Adapt training methods to the unique learning styles and needs of participants.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to help them improve their skills.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess participants’ skill levels before and after training programs.
- Collect feedback and evaluations from participants to measure training effectiveness.
- Make adjustments to training content and methods based on feedback and evaluation results.
- Research and Development:
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in behavioral and communication training.
- Continuously update training content to reflect the latest developments in the field.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business and training needs.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on training progress and results.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.
- Prepare and submit training reports to clients and management as needed.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Behavioural and Communication trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of behavioral psychology, communication theory, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences.
- Certification in Training and/or coaching is an added advantage
