Designation: – Associate Consultant I/II/III – L&OD
Location: Pune
This role is for our Training and Coaching division where we offer range of services such as Leadership Coaching & Development, Communication Excellence Programs, Train the Trainer program, etc.
Role Details: –
- Plan and coordinate various virtual and in-person workshops and coaching sessions
- Create comprehensive reports on – gap analysis, training and coaching effectiveness, survey reports, etc. with the help of related facilitators
- Recruit, onboarsd, and manage a pool of freelance trainers.
- Ensure freelance trainers are well-briefed on program objectives and content.
- Monitor and evaluate trainer performance to maintain high standards of delivery.
- Coordinate and drive internal training sessions
- Support facilitators on OD, training and coaching assignments
- Support in creating content for PracUp
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in creating training content and materials.
- Experience in training delivery in the areas of communication excellence, personality development or English Language proficiency is an added advantage.
