Role Details
- Hunting new business through aggressive and prospecting activities
- Strategizing and owning the sales plans to meet organization goals and aspirations
- Driving business growth by collaborating with the delivery and operations team, branding team, etc.
- Meeting with stakeholders from small, mid-sized, and fast-growing organizations to pitch our vision and value proposition
- Conducting market research to analyze market trends and develop hunting and farming strategies accordingly
- Increasing revenue generation through cross-selling and up-selling services
- Generating leads and expanding the pipeline of hot leads. Positioning PeopleNorth & PracUp as best choice for the clients.
- Managing P&L account and maintaining profitability index as per company guidelines.
- Building the sales & marketing team ground up; Leading the sales and marketing team by training and handholding teams to build strong foothold across regions
- Monitoring and reviewing team’s performance in alignment with company goals
Required Experience & Skills:
