Designation: – Associate Consultant II – Talent Acquisition
This role is for our Executive Search division where we take pride in the quality of candidates we share through a seamless process.
Role Details:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Search and recruit quality candidates via database searches, Internet, resume bank, job postings, job boards etc.
- Evaluate candidates’ strengths and technical skills in line with client requirements by, evaluating and screening profiles, with high success rate
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess expertise and experience as well as match candidates to specific job requirements
- Complete understanding of technical roles such as Control Design, ITOM,VDQM, Process Engineering, Mobile Robotics, etc.
- Design and update job descriptions; Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Client Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical staffing needs and requirements
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of open positions and the progress of candidate searches.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activity, including candidate progress, client feedback, and other relevant metrics.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting predominantly in IT hiring
- Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with a wide range of IT skills, technologies, and job roles.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Be well versed with the process of job postings, Boolean searches and functioning of various job portals.
