Those Applying for the position:-
1) Should have 3 months and above experience in cold calling and sales.
2)Should have completed their graduation and must not be currently enrolled as students. This is a full-time internship and cannot be undertaken on a freelance or part-time basis.
3)Strong communication skills and fluency in the English language are a must.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
)Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
2)Assist with lead generation activities, such as prospecting and qualifying leads.
3)Participate in customer outreach through phone calls, emails, or social media.
4)Maintain accurate prospect and client data records
5)Participate in sales meetings and take notes.
6)Complete administrative tasks to support the sales team.

Other requirements
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Designation: Associate Consultant I/ II / III  – Sales & Business Development

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Responsibilities:

  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of services.
  • Resourcefully generate leads through cold calling, relationship building, online search tools etc.
  • Direct hot leads to the team leader.
  • Building a strong relationship with the old and existing clients.  
  • Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities.
  • Meeting with stakeholders from small, mid-sized, and fast-growing organizations to pitch our vision and value proposition
  • Ability to cross-sell and up-sell services
  • Generating leads and expanding the pipeline of hot leads. Positioning PeopleNorth & PracUp as best choice for the clients.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and maintain the database.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 1 – 4 years of work experience as a Telesales Executive,  Inside sales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven record of performing in educational sales, training sales, consulting or services sales
